WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use PayPal as our primary method to accept payments
PayPal is convenient – all your payment information is stored on your account so you don't have to enter card details every time you pay

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Talia’s Handmade Boutique. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied. We will accept returns on non customised items if you are not fully satisfied. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened. Personalised items are non-refundable. You can return or exchange any item within 10 days.
Home Decor / Candles
We only accept returns on items that are not customised painted/designed. However if you choose to return non customised items they will have to be in their original box unused.
Returns are at the customers expense. All items should be well packaged, and returned in their original condition. This includes the order number and the reason for return.
